Yep! I am lactose intolerant and I drink lactaid milk and give it to Abby all of the time. And I used to give it to my RB kitty Chynna too. I haven't given any to the kittens yet because they are still little and I didn't want to take the chance. But when they are adults I will give them lactaid milk too.

I use skim milk. Tasty without all of the fat from 2% or whole milk.
