I get tons of emails this time of year because of kitten-rescue.com. This one email is from Norway and it is breaking my heart. This kitten was left by someone intentionally on a cold floor and found by a kindly neighbor. It is not responding to anything I can offer for them to try via email when it comes to eating.

Here is an excerpt of the email the kitten looks to be about 10 days old from the photo sent- a little gray and white girl- she needs a miracle sent overseas now:

Hi, going to turn in now. Tried to give a little karo and some mix - water, soda bic, sugar as on web site but it didn't really respond. A few drops may have gone in as he licked his lips once or twice. I'll get up in a couple of hours and try again and warm up the hot water bottle.
I can't believe that the woman next door just left it on the cold floor, she is a nurse! She came to our door and asked my husband to knock it on the head as it was crying! He said no, I went over and she had just left it it, I could hear it crying a long way away. I just picked it up and it stopped crying (of course). I can't believe the stupidity of some people, it beggars belief. No wonder I prefer animal to most people. Sorry about the rant.

email shared this morning at first light, Jo ran to the store and got some real kitten formula. She had found this baby in the wee hours of the morning when nothing is opened. Kitty is eating now and pooping which is a very good sign. Little gray and white girl looks very much like a Norweigan Forest kitty cross. Prayers are still needed as this kitty isn't close to being out of the weeds yet.

Oh goodness, Yes I am praying for this baby.

Thank goodness she had you to help her out. There is no boundries when it comes to the smallest, helpless ones.

Oh, I hope she makes it!!!

Sounds just like my little Holly's situation, and she pulled through just fine. Hopefully this one will do the same!

At last shout, she was doing much better. Eating more, pooping normal and keeping new owner awake in the night
