At last its raining
it was begining to get really worrying as the pastures for the cows were really begining to suffer and april should be one of our best growing months, but with only about half an hours rain in the whole month of april things were looking grim. Now first of may and real rain, lets hope it stays like this for at least a week.

I'm sure my area could send you more. All low lying lands are flooded and getting around requires knowledge of other roads in the area.

I would be more than happy to send you all some. Out of the 30 days in April, we had six days without rain.

May is starting off with more rain. Figures, I am on vacation this week and only ONE day out of nine without more
rain.

I'd be happy to send all of our rain your way
Memphis is flooding very badly and they're saying this is the worst flooding we've had in over 80yrs (our current rain issues aren't helping and there is already one church shelter at full capacity! One thing that I was glad to hear though is that the ASPCA has set up a temp. shelter for animals of flood victims that have been evacuated). They're expecting the Mississippi River and Wolf River to crest in several days which means we still have more flooding to go. Hopefully everyone will stay safe in our area and everyone in your area will enjoy the much needed rain!
