Hi guys! I've missed you all so much while I've been here. I hope everyone's furry children are happy and doing well!

I had a chance to visit the Cat Cafe in Tokyo (it's in Ikebukuro, for the curious) last week... oh, it was so fun! I came in right at feeding time and they were all in a line, eating out of their bowls. So very, very adorable! They actually weren't overly friendly, so I didn't really get to pet any of them, but watching them play was a hoot. It was a great experience! If you ever are in the area, definitely check it out!

Hi and glad you're having fun. Hope you're taking lots of pics to share with us when you get home. I'd love to see that Cat Cafe.

Oh, I have pictures aplenty... I will be sharing, promise promise!

Yes, Kyoto is where there are still Geisha/Maiko. I actually saw a geisha last night... she was absolutely beautiful. She was wearing a gorgeous pastel-colored kimono and she had the makeup and the hair-do and everything. Of course, she was working so she couldn't stop for pictures and I didn't bother her- but just seeing her really made my day!
