Is There Anything Else Besides L-Lysine To Use To Help Aid My Cats' Immune System?

If I recall correctly, I read somewhere on TCS in one of the threads that there is something else to use to help aid in the cats' immune system beside L-Lysine. I wrote it down somewhere for future reference, but now I can't find it.
Ever since my furkids all got sick back in September with that awful strain of an upper respiratory infection, it seems as if one or the other have been struggling to fight it off on a regular basis - especially my FIP cats. Samurai got sick about a month ago, then Winchester followed. I had to start Geronimo on antibiotics a couple of days ago, and today, BlackJack started sneezing so I had to start him on antibiotics, too.
They were all doing really well till they all got sick back in September: now it seems as if they just keep passing whatever it was back & forth. I'm getting really frustrated because I don't know what else to do for them.

Does anyone else know of what else I can do for them to help aid their immune system?

You are probably thinking of Transfer Factor. an additive that is derived form cow colostrum, the stuff that gives infant animals a natural immunity in the first days of life. It is available online in human or animal dosages. I used it on two cats that had b een exposed to FIP snf I can't certain;ly put it down to tF, but they thrived. Google it and there are lots of personasl stories. It is not very expensive.

Yep, Transfer Factor I have never used but know it is highly recommended for pets with suppressed immune systems. I have had good luck (for my dog) with this other product called Immunostim'r by Holistic Animal Care (Azmira is the name of the company 1-800-497-5665. BUT>>>>>> it is a bit bitter and I am sure a cat might not be too thrilled with it unless you put the drops, only about three in a chunk of tuna??? That might work.

So sorry your furbabies are passing their germs back and forth like that. Sending your kids mega healthy vibes to get better soon
:vib es:
