Yeah, these are not furbabies but fur pictures!!

In all the years I have lived here, we have never had any cow or bull come this close to us.

They are dairy cattle...as I have been told.

As i said, they have never got this close to the fence. They usually run away when they see humans. This bull didn't.

Hope we get to see him again soon!

Thats no dairy cow

That is a Hereford, the mainstay of the beef industry in the US.

I love cattle, they have such lovely eyes and eyelashes, though the nostril licking needs to stop

Yep, that's a Hereford or Hereford/Holstein cross. The head is longish for a Hereford, which makes me think it's a crossbreed.

I LOVE cows!!
My grandparents owned a dairy farm and now 2 of my uncles do.
I can't remember what Grammie and Grampie raised but one of my uncles raises Holsteins and the other Jersey's.

My ex's parents had Holsteins as well, just LOVE them! Great pics....hope you post some more

When I was a kid we would go to my Uncle's farm and I would go and find the cows. They were usually hiding in his grain field!

When I was about 11 or 12, my cousins moved to a dairy farm and I would go and spend weekends and weeks in the summer there. I had lots of fun. I especially love the baby cows! Way too cute!!!
