So did anyone watch? What did you think?

I can't stop thinking about that poor blonde girl.
Her brother is a creep! The wolf pups were darling.

I watched it. It was ok. Being the first episode, it was rather slow moving. I guess it's to be expected because they have to set up the story and the characters.

There is a fair amount of nudity and it's quite sexually explicit. So for anyone thinking of tuning in, make sure you don't have any kids in the room, and that you are prepared to see naked women and sex scenes.

I saw where it was listed on HBO on demand but there were no episodes. If I can find the episode I'll watch it. I've actually given up looking for new books in the series, its been so long. Now he's doing 7 books? That's why I never like to get involved in series books before they're finished. The last book was a disappointment.

So we watched last night and LOVED it! It's typical HBO, lots of blood, lots of sex/nudity, but I LOVE that stuff! Nothing better than some good decapitation!
Good to have another series for us to get into.

I loved it, but then I also called in sick each time one of the books came out so I could stay home and read.

I think it was very well cast, with the exception of maybe Sansa Stark. She's not how I imagined her. Daenerys Targaryen is exactly how I expected her to look and act.

Jon Snow was my favorite character in the books, but I'm loving Tyrion Lannister in the show.

I'm watching the first show now, and loving it. I know I sholdn't get hooked because we are giving up HBO pretty soon.
