My husband would love that!

Blackened Mahi mahi, zucchini ribbons, and leftover creamy swiss cheese potatoes. I should start cooking...

Both meals sound delicious. I just had Subway and cookies for lunch.

Dinner tonight will be a burger from work. Probably chicken, brie, pineapple, mango, salad, relish and aioli. Maybe some BBQ sauce.

Pork tenderloin brushed with chipotle mustard on the grill with grilled potato planks (my version of French fries) and a greens salad.

If anybody wants to join us, dinner will be served at 5:00. (We have to eat early since DH is bowling early tonight)

Tonight I prepared a three course meal of sweet and sour chicken on white rice, side of broccoli, and apple dessert... the key is to remember to peel a corner of the cover and microwave on high for 6 mins and let cool 1 min before serving. I should be on iron chef.

Barbecued skewered shrimp on the grill on a bed of rice pilaf. Grilled Parmesan asparagus to go with.

Sam, that sounds delicious! I'm starving now and it's only 8:00 in the morning!

I made some pork chops and laid them on a bed of Knorr Baby Back BBQ rice.

Sad, it is but should be tasty. Green beans as a side.

Tonight's menu is eat out and probably tomorrow night too. At lunchtime, I was cleaning up the dishes, took hold of the faucet to turn on the water and the handle broke off in my hand. We have to wait two days for a replacement handle from Kohler since the faucets have a lifetime warranty.

Since we had shrimp on Monday night, we are having our meatless meal tonight. A simple dish of farfalle pasta mixed with sauteed onions, spinach and mushrooms, with some cannellini beans and sun-dried tomatoes thrown in for good measure. And some apple wheat muffins.
