Cat at Play with Dolphin

I saw this at another forum. It's adorable. I'd sure like to know HOW the cat got so close to the dolphin! Is this at Sea World, or in the open seas?
Often times the comments are just as good as, if not, better than the video.
It is a great video though. Animals are awesome.
