127 Hours, I know the whole story of course but I wanted to watch the movie. It is now on On Demand and just wondered if anyone saw it and what you thought about it. I heard the part where he cuts off his arm is pretty gory...is it that bad? We just got back from IHOP and are thinking of watching this movie later, Black Swan is also on On Demand. I heard that was pretty good too. Have any of you seen either one of these movies?? Thanx.

I saw 127 hours and I liked it. James Franco did a really good job with it. It's not that gory when he cuts off his arm, but they did a pretty good job making it look real. I haven't seen black swan yet, but I've also heard really good things.

Thanks guys, I think I will watch them both this week or this month. I'm also waiting to see The King's Speech. It won the Oscar for Best Picture so I'm anxious to see what the ruckus is all about.

I saw Black Swan. I thought it was really good but I didn't get into the thriller part because I was just so exicted because they filmed the whole thing (all the interior shots of the theater and the backstage/dressing room area) at my college! I was watching it going...WOAH I was there I was there too and I performed on that stage

I had to inform my friend who went with me that yes...the Performing Arts Center where they filmed it REALLY is that Creepy!! (hence why it was chosen for the film) and yes the dressing rooms really do look like that they did nothing to them.

Her response..."you went to a creepy school didn't you?"
