Mod help needed!

Hello all!

I just received the following message on Facebook: "You might remember me. Maria My4LLMA from TCS. Would you be willing to help me? I tried to update my email in my profile on TCS. When I did that, something went wrong. I got blocked, I can't do anything. I can't post, reply to a post, or PM anyone to help me. I did know some people are on facebook. I signed up here, hoping I could find someone to help me. Would you be willing to PM an administor, ask if they would email me so I could tell them what happened, they could fix the problem so I can get back on TCS? I did try to send this message to you before, I don't think it went through. If you get this message twice I'm sorry.

I just tried changing my email and the same thing happened to me. Since I couldn't post or PM anyone, I re-registered under this name. I am Dusty's Mom and I can't get into that account. There is obviously a glitch in the program if it locks you out when you change your email address. This problem is bigger than either Kallie or me and IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!

MODS PLEASE TAKE NOTE!!!!! I want my Dusty's Mom account back

Will pass your info onto sometimes there is a little hiccup with sites the size of this sometimes the smallest of updates can cause problems like this, that is why the admin and moderating team appriciate it when problems are pointed out.

Your account will get resolved

There's no need to reregister in the event of a software glitch. There's a sticky right at the top of this forum with mods' email addresses. Please keep in mind that we are all volunteers with our own families and job obligations and therefore not online 24/7. In other words, it's unrealistic to expect an immediate response/instant gratification. We do our best.

If TCS is down, there is also an official Facebook page.
