Why is it that I have dreams about friends or family's pets that have passed on, but not my own?
My sister and her family had 2 dogs, Ashley and Denver. Ashley was a black beagle/lab and Denver was a Golden Retreiver/Lab. Ashley passed first and about a year later, Denver passed. A few days after that, I had a vivid dream of being in a meadow and seeing Denver running towards me. She runs right past me and up a small hill. At the top of that hill was Ashley. That is where the dream ended.
I have had dreams of other pets that weren't mine, but never one of mine. I mean, I know where they are, but why don't I get a visit from Meigan (our family dog), Oliver or Whisky? It really bothers me sometimes....
