I like playing chef, and really dig cooking shows, and Emeril is one of my favorites. But, my absolute favorite show was Nigella Lawson. I haven't seen her on TV in a long while? Does anyone know if her show is still being aired?
I've got to say her shows were fabulous. No hype, just a natural time in the kitchen putting meals together. I heard that she had no formal chef's or cooking training. I would just stick myself in front of the TV with a cat in my lap, and we both would get mesmerized.
