Do you have nicknames for your pets? I know I do!

Our dog's name is Sylvie, but that's actually a nickname- her real name is Lady Sylvanas. My husband and I are enthusiastic gamers, which explains that one.

Peanut gets called Goober or Goob- since back in the Civil War, peanuts were called 'goober peas' by some. It's in an old folk song, so... he is "teh g00b!"

My little girl kitty is named Alice. She has the fluffy looking britches on her hind legs so I call her Fancy Pants. She is also a very pretty cat so I also call her Pretty Girl. For some reason I never had a nickname for my other cat Patches. Because I always call him Patches he knows his name and comes when I call him. Alice doesn't know her name because she gets called three different names.
