I feel like i am stuck between a rock and a hard place, and not quite sure if i am doing the right thing by going to admin about the issue. It happened about 2 weeks on the job and i chose at the time to handle it on my own and not to report the nurse even though i wanted admin to know.

Since then i am seeing things in this nurse that concern me. Here is the problem i am leaving my job on April 28th, the nurse won't be my problem anymore but i think admin should be aware of the issues before i leave. I have a meeting with the nurse director and team leader before i start my shift, i have documented everything and typed it out and on paper it seems so petty, but what happened really affected me on the job and i should have spoken to the team leader earlier.

I do not want to come around as bitter or looking for the nurse to get into trouble but admin needs to know.

My theory is, if they are doing something wrong, even if its very very small, it should be brought to someones attention. It may seem petty to one person, but to another it could make someones life very difficult! Or it could snowball and end up being things that are not so petty. Just make sure you are clear that you are not coming to them as a snitch, but just so they are aware of the issue.

Agree with everything above!

Especially with a nursing position where it could impact someone's well being, it needs to be reported, so the behavior can be corrected.

I told the nursing director yesterday i am not looking to have her reprimanded but i need to talk about what happened with the both them. I work in a very small hospice and we don't need or want nurses who behave unstable.
The reason i am leaving is because we are relocating soon to another city.
