Last night was the first in a hopefully annual tradition of Zombie Tag! I unfortunately didnt get to go but had a lot of friends that participated!
The old world record was 796.... they had 3000!

I've nver heard of "zombie tag" and had to look it up. I didn't even understand the instructions! I'll stick to plain ordinary tag

Congrats on the record though.

Awesome! I would love to participate in that, so long as I knew in advance what was going on otherwise I'd freak out that my zombie nightmares had come true.

thanks guys! And no the cops are still extremely annoyed about it. The organizers went thought all the proper steps and had the cops there, but I think the cops were expecting a couple hundred kids to show up and it to fizzle out real quick! Not well over 1000! And of course the news stations are making a big deal. One report that there was property damage, kids playing on the train tracks without care of the oncoming train and running in busy streets! And posted a video with proof......
The property damage was one bush had someone fall on it I believe.... the kids on the train tracks, the moment the train whistle sounded they all took off running... and the "busy street" was a kid running to get across the road before the one car about a quarter of the mile away was coming....

I've never played Zombie Tag, but the college I'm going to next year has an annual Zombies vs. Humans. Is that the same thing? I'm really excited for it. Apparently this year they had to cancel it because they were using elementary students as human shields

not sure if its the same or not! In this one everyone has a black shirt over a white shirt. The black shirts are humans and the white shirts are zombies. Theres 1 zombie for every 100 people at the beginning. If you get tagged you have to remove your black shirt and join the undead. The object is to make it to all the check points without becoming a zombie!

Hm, now that I think of it, Zombies vs. Humans involves Nerf guns and elite zombies can throw socks, so I don't think it's the same. Both sound fun though!
