Has Anyone Tried Any Of These Firefox Add-Ons?

And what do you think of them if you have? Some of them look as if they might be beneficial, but I'm hesitant about some of these kind of things, and if whether or not they may cause more harm than good. Any advice?

I use a few, ad blocker plus, flash blocker, no script, better privacy, FfVb which adds a couple features on my end to vBulletin forums, and grease monkey. The latter two are just to save my sanity on forums and don't offer any security. The others are more necessary.

Be careful with adding useless add-ons that just affect appearance and add tool bars. Every add-on you add will make firefox that more slower.

Like strange_wings, I use stuff like Ad Block Plus for security, plus a couple of specific ones that help me quickly save or process texts for school. It's important to read the reviews before you download to help you judge whether they're buggy or would even be useful to you. For example, if you only use one email account regularly, a webmail notifier isn't worthwhile bogging down your browser with, or an international clock is a waste of time if you don't have to check time zones a lot.

I only really use:

InvisibleHand - Searches the web for a better price on almost everything

LeechBlock - Limits the amount of time I can spend on certain website (ahem, FaceBook, Twitter... etc). This has been massively helpful for school particularly. I specify website and limitations.

Of course, I have a persona too.

I use quite a few add-ons for firefox. I have Adblocker Plus, Colorful Tabs, Download Statusbar, Download Helper, FoxyTunes, Lazarus Form Recovery, Mouse Gestures Redox, Search Preview, Web of Trust, No Script, Google Shortcuts, Apture Highlights, TinEye Reverse Image Search, AniWeather, Video Download Helper, Read It Later, CoolPreviews, and DblClicker. Honestly, I can't really say anything bad about any of them. I find them all to be helpful.

I've been thinking of installing WOT & Adblocker Plus: have y'all had any problems with them? Also, what is Colorful Tabs?
