Hello cat forum peoples! My cat's name is Chubbs. He's the best pet I've had in my almost 40 years on this planet. Before him I was a dog and parakeet person, but this amazing animal has converted me.
He's and indoor/outdoor cat. Funny.. many people have to worry about their cat getting out of the house; we put him out, and he breaks *into* the house! He'll sneak in if we leave doors open, and has even knocked a screen in a few times! He rarely leaves the backyard, comes when I call him, sleeps next to me when I'm working in my home office, and follows me around the house.
He is the most unbelievable animal. His Mom was a feral cat that we were feeding; she weaned him off her milk onto chicken parts that we fed them. As an aside, I definitely recommend raw food; he's one healthy, strong cat!
So anyway, hello, and thanks for putting up this forum.

Sometimes it takes having a very close encounter, such as owning your own cat, fostering, etc. to really see how affectionate and wonderful cats can be.

Hope you enjoy your time here at TCS.
