It is a bit early since it is still Tuesday here, but with the way things are going at work, I would probably forget again to post this tomorrow. But hey, it IS Wednesday somewhere!

If you are spending the evening home alone with your SO, what do you like to do?

Mike and I have been playing games in the evening, yahtzee, poker or dominoes. Tonight is going to be different. I am going to make a bowl of home made kettle corn and we are going to pop in the movie, Fireproof with Kirk Cameron.

I don't have an SO. I'm beginning to think I never will.

It depends. If we're going to rent some movies, we'll forgo dinner and I'll make some appetizer-type foods to snack on while we're watching. Or if we're going to have a game night (DH and I play Scrabble....it can get ugly), I'll make the same kind of snacks and that will be our dinner.

Sometimes if we're home on Saturday night, we'll spend the evening watching the DIY network. It's much more interesting to watch than HGTV (which should really be called the House Hunters Channel at this point
) and we have learned a lot from the various DIY shows.

Throughout the week, though, he has his tv programs that he likes to watch. I'm on a Bones kick right now and am watching it in syndication while I hop on the elliptical for awhile. We don't watch the same shows.

Well since I can't do any gardening yet.....
We watch some TV; different TV's due to different shows. Or I read. We usually rent movies on the weekend.
Once the weather finally gets warm I will be outside gardening and Neil will be messing around in his woodworking shop. We will sit one the patio too start a fire in the pit.
Now that I have mobile internet I can sit with my laptop outside.
The cats will join us outside too.

We spend every evening home together.
I thought most people did unless they worked odd shifts?

We eat supper and watch tv together. Some nights he'll play a video game, which ties up the living room tv, but instead of going to the bedroom and watching tv I'll sit on the couch with him and read, sew, or do some bead work - and chat with him.

Usually we hang out in the computer room, playing our various video games separately. Even if we're doing different things, we like to sit together and chat and talk about what we're doing.

And then before bed we try to make some together time. This usually involves watching a show (lately we've been marathoning Chuck) in bed, and chatting for a bit about whatever random topic strikes us.

My husband and I are nerds... so we either play World of Warcraft or Starcraft 2.
Otherwise if he's raiding in WoW, I'm reading a book and watching Food Network on the couch in the same room.

Hubby and I are nerds as well, usually I'll play LotRo and he'll be messing with his linux programs or playing a shooter.
We'll choose a movie to watch on the bedroom computer, snack, watch movie, cuddle.

Two or three times a week we can usually be found in a bar as hubby has a passion for pool as well.

I approve! We're nerds here as well.
I usually play WoW, and lately my boyfriend has been spending his evenings playing League of Legends.

I am trying to convince him to come back to WoW. I miss our instance runs together!
