I was wondering if when a cat is taken to the vet for urinating outside the litter box, are there specific tests such as urine culture for UTI that we should specifically ask the vet to do. Mine did a physical, urinalysis and culture. My particular seems to have reoccurring diarrhea, but the samples have come up negative. Of course, the samples were soft and not the liquid stuff I have seen.
