Not sure what to put as my title

Sorry if my posting is a bit awkward, this is one of the first forums I've ever been on and I'm still gathering my footing.

Firstly, I'd like to say the welcome message I got from Captiva was truly lovely and made me feel much more comfortable to post..I joined a few days ago but I was too shy to post. Silly huh?

Well, onto the good stuff! I have two beautiful cats Walt 'Disney' and Henry 'The XIII' and soon we will be adding a third. All my cats are rescue moggies but I love going to cat shows and seeing the stunning specimens!

Sadly, my Walt is very sick and as we don't know why, he's due for a biopsy in a few weeks if this new load of medicine doesn't help with. Walt is a very nervous cat due to neglect before we adopted him. He adores me and loves his cuddles, but as he is quite a big boy I can only hold him on my lap for so long. He gets shy around new people...Basically anyone other than my mother and I if I'm to be honest. I'm very proud of him and the progress he's made over the past year.

Henry is our latest edition. He is your run of the mill ginger but he has perfect candy stripe markings on his tale. He is very small for his age and when he got him he was quite underweight, we're trying to fatten him up. Henry is the biggest cuddlebug of any cat I have ever met. He is also very smoochy. He loves to give kisses that involve a bit too much gum for my liking..

On to the boring part..Me.

I don't like to give too much away about myself online just for safety reasons, but the generic things include but are not limited to: I live in Victoria, Australia, I exhibit rabbits and like most of you, I am very enthusastic about animals. I am proud to be a crazy cat lady.

I can't wait to get to know your cats...And you!

Welcome to TCS

I remember many moons ago when I discovered forums, I joined one called Pets on the Net, it's since gone under but I was so nervous to start posting, hahaha I really didn't know how a forum worked, but once I started I soon became addicted to forums and tada here I am,

I'm so sorry about Walt It's so hard when one of our babies are feeling down. I hope he starts to feel better soon.

What kind of rabbits do you keep? I have a mutt bunny who has MAJOR territorial aggression and I also have an AMAZING REW Flemish Giant who is the hugest love ever I would love to hear more about your crew!!

Thank you so much for the warm welcome! And who says cat people are crazy?

I posted photos of my boys, I didn't post photos of Walticus before we took him to the vet yet, as those photos seem so..Personal. I mean he was in so much pain. I think when he's officially given the all clear I'll post a 'journey' thread and you can all see how far he's come!

To answer the rabbit question (sorry not sure who asked!) I have Netherland Dwarfs but I'm moving into British Giants, I'll be keeping my Nethies just as pets (haven't bred yet anyway.) They're indoor pets too so we do get a bit crowded! That's the way we like it.

The forum seems very easy to maneover around, though I did receive a message saying I got a gift and that confused me...Thank you though! (I love these emoticons hehe)
