Well we've had some nice temperatures here lately, but tomorrow things are going to change. We are in a winter storm warning expecting 20-30cm of snow! I expected some snow this late in the season, but not this much. GRRRRR! Maybe I should just move to some place like California......

We are supposed to get sleet, freezing rain and snow-only about 5" about 45 minutes north they are going to get double that amount.

I gassed up the car today.

It started snowing here this afternoon and it still is. The snow plows just went by a little while ago..It will melt fast but that means more mud to deal with .

Brrrrrrrrrrr I am glad winter in Chicago is over. Watch, now that I said that, we will get another snow storm. Actually April can bring a heavy snow once in awhile in the Midwest. Ya never know.

Don't hold your breath on that one!
It's supposed to snow here, too (MN), but I haven't a clue how much. Start w/rain Tues PM & turn over to snow.

Wind is just screaming here, and in the last few minutes, town disappeared, so the whitebleep must have started. The last thing I need on my yard is another foot of that stuff and I just know it is gonna fill in all my pathways again, and probably my danged doorway too.

The worst of this system is it is big enough that there are storm warnings across all three prairie provinces, right from the mountains east to almost the Manitoba-Ontario border and from the US border covering about the bottom third of all three provinces. And now they said on the news highways are being closed.

white cat lover - you are getting hit with that same mess we are here in southern Saskatchewan.

We woke up to snow here this morning, but luckily it's just flurries and I know they won't last long. What is REALLY frustrating is the temps...colder than normal for this time of year.

Rain, snow, sleet...all of winter's joys are to hit us tonight into tomorrow. I don't think here in central PA, we'll see a lot of snow, but in the northeast corridor of PA, they're talking about 5 inches or so.

I am not amused.

Yup, I woke up to snow here as well, still snowing a bit but it's slowing down. They say we need the new snow to take aay the old (I have no idea why or if we really do) but it should be all gone soon!! We've got about 3 more feet to melt besides the snowbanks.

Well the forecast on NOAA hasn't changed but the local guys have really upped the totals.
Where I live its on the border of receiving either 6-9" or 9-12" of snow. Temps are in the low 30's right now though so that is sleet weather. I think I'll take the truck today as I won't be able to take it tomorrow.

I better put that rake away.

Oh even better this heavy snow means tree limbs could break and cause power outages too.

As much as I miss my beloved home state, I would probably never move back there. I just hate the snow & cold.
