Angel is a torti(?) point siamese, maybe a couple of years old. Although she seems super happy, she goes through spells where she sneezes, sniffs, and clear her throat a lot.
Could this be allergies ?
If so, how can we help her ?

It could be, or it could be a virus that flares up from time to time. Only your vet can help determine this and treat it.

During these times, does she also rub her ears, eyes, and nose a lot and/or have watery eyes? Does she scratch at her ears (I call it foot in ear problem) more than normal? Do you notice it when the seasons change or when the weather changes (front comes through)?

If so, you can try adding some L-Lysine to her diet. You can buy the tablets in the supplement section of the grocery store or pharmacy. Usually they come in 500mg tablets. Cut in half and grind or crush it between two spoons and mix into her wet food. Give half a tablet 2x a day.

I think it happens more when it gets cold outside.

It could be related to your heating, then. Again, consult a vet rather than try a home remedy to treat a problem that the cat hasn't went to the vet for.
