Happy First day of Spring to all my friends!

We have a snow storm in the forecast today

We always get at least one in the Spring.

I am off to work in a bit, tonight need to study and head to the gym afterward.

It's absolutely gorgeous here, and it's quite warm outside as well

The kids will be so happy to be in the conservatory again when l get home this afternoon

I'm ready for the warm weather anytime now. The temps have been colder than normal for this time of year.

Still no kittens for foster Persephone, and she seems quite content to hold them in there.

Working from home today but there's not a lot on the agenda.

Morning all!

Its supposed to be partly sunny with a high of 47F today. But tonite a major "winter" storm moves in until Wed night. All the good stuff, sleet, freezing rain, snow.... up to 8".
Better gas up the car today! And bring in some firewood as we are almost out for the season. Wleconme to spring.

Think I might be getting a cold too. Have to go back to the gym but not motivated today.

Work, then a couple of errands after. A chicken dish for dinner tonite.

Not much else going on....

Morning. Hope everyone had a lovely weekend. Busy one here for my DH birthday. Dinner out 2 nights in a row. Reptillia yesterday. The kids just love going there...love watching feeding time.

Very raining day here. Wish I were curled up in bed with a cat, but work calls! Have a great day!

I just got back from a walk with my friend and 2 of my dogs, it's cool but so nice walking.

I am home alone today, WOOP WOOP so I guess I have no excuse to clean the house....LOL

Morning!

After a lovely week last week and a nice weekend, we are now back down into the freezer with rain, and wintry mixes on schedule this week. Somebody forgot to tell Old Man Winter that it's time for him to leave.

DH is leaving for Oregon on Wednesday and will be home on Friday. Then he's leaving on Saturday morning to bowl and will be home on Sunday. I get the house to myself for almost a week...well, me and the cats. But no meetings this week or anything! WooHoo! I do have dinner with friends planned for both Wednesday night and then again on Saturday night, but other than that I'm on my own. (Sometimes it's nice to be on my own for a few days.)

Hair appts tonight, followed by a bit of grocery shopping and then home for exercises.

I love it when the DH goes away for a few days and it is just me and my cats

Cloudy today and sun is trying to peek out. Tons of storms yesterday here with lots of thunder. The kittens have never heard thunder before and were quite frightened. I also have a dog who is afraid of thunder, so it was a real fun afternoon dealing with all of this animal anxiety

Dogs to walk today and off to the shelter to volunteer. Pixie was adopted yesterday and I am still flying high from that news

It's pretty cold right now. By afternoon it will be hot, though.

I'm pretty sick and miserable today. Since my girls are my only obligations, once they're all taken care of I think I will try to sleep most of the day away.

Morning... happy Spring, supposedly..

It's raining pretty hard here this morning. Rained all day yesterday and last night, a few inches I think, and it was sunny for an hour or 2 this morning, but it is dreary and wet out again. I didn't think it was supposed to rain in March here! I never experienced so much rain in LB as I did this winter. Crazy. But my veggies in the garden will be happy for it.

So, today, I need to send off a FedEx package, and check out prepaid cell phones for BF's parents to use when they're here from England in a few weeks.. and maybe some homework. With this rain though (and a nasty headache that coffee hasn't chased away), all I want to do is be a couch potato!
