Looks like some places never heard of TNR - they still think the way to handle feral overpopulation is to kill them!!! The local SPCA is playing along, renting our cat traps so people can catch the cats and bring them in to be put down. Other people just shoot them on the spot Can you believe that title!!!

This is the reporter's email address. Keep your letters to the facts and try and educate, don't flame. Remember some of you who were around when Osama/Samoa started, how much farther we got with the reporter for telling him the truth and not just yelling at his ignorance. Some people just do not really know the facts.

Writing to the reporter and providing education is the thing to do. It won't solve the problem immediately, but we have to start someplace!!!

I think it is sad that people have to rent traps. My no-kill-animal shelter loans me traps. The SPCA must be a "small operation" and not very effective in helping with this.
