I forget if it's called scratch N Play or Scratch N Pad. Anyway, I have to say that this is the best thing (besides food & litter) that I ever bought for Tabby. It's a plastic circle with a roll of corrigated cardboard in the middle (for scratching), and a ball that rolls around the outside and a springy thing with a fuzzy thing on top (for hours of playtime fun).
Tabby just loves it! As soon as I tore off the plastic she started scratching on it (and I have never been able to get her to use designated scratching posts). If you don't have one of these for your kitty you should definitely get one!
