The hubby makes fun of her cause she is bow legged!! I told him if you were a cat and had that much weight on your back leg's you would be bow legged too. I can't believe there aren't any babies yet either. It makes me wonder if she's as far along as I think. My husband had me do a lucky dance last night.
I don't think it worked
(sorry mary I tried). Like you said cutekitten, she will probably have them when I least exspect it.

Hahaha, it was worth a try!

It's gotta be soo exhausting carrying around 5-6 babies!! I mean, humans complain about having one...

I think Mary's just playing with us now

Yeah I think she's playing with us too. She kinda nested tonight (I think). She wanted in my other spare bedroom, she went and got in an old wardrobe that is broken. She done this the other night to, she just went in there and groomed herself for awhile and then came back out. She has never wanted in that room before. So soon I hope!!

It stormed pretty bad here today, poor little girl is scared of storm's. I heard thunder and got up to check on her and she was hiding in the bathroom cabinet again. So I have a stupid question... Will she show me sign's all day or could she just act normal all day and then all of a sudden be in labor?

It's not a stupid question, because the answer is either

Some people notice them acting "different" throughout the day before birth, for example not eating, restlessness, meowing, etc.

I've never had much luck with those signs. Most of the time I'm only sure when they're actually in labor. Look for their water breaking (their fur willl be all wet), and for contractions.

Well Mary wanted back in that room a few minutes ago. She seem's to want to go in there at the same time everytime. I hope it's gonna be soon. How soon after they start nesting like that will it be?

Ok so last night mary went in that room, this time she stayed in there for about an hour. When I went to bed I put her in the room where her birthing box is. Today when I got up she really wanted out of there, she was meowing a lot so I let her out and she wanted back in the other room. In this room is a bunch of clothes that didn't sale in a yard sale, anyway when I went in there to check on her she was under a bunch of clothes, I went back about 30 minutes later and she was in a different spot. Should I just leave her alone? Cause it seems everytime I go in there she's in a different spot. Maybe she doesn't want. anyone around. I talked to my aunt and she said with her other litters she didn't have anyone around and didn't act like she wanted someone with her. I really hope this is it. I'm getting kinda worried. The kittens aren't moving around as much either. How much longer should I let her go without having them?

Right. Some cats do want their Ma being around. It happens even some fostered semiferals does accept help...
But others do prefer to be left alone when their time comes. As long as they feel safe and unstressed, they are happy with the situation.

How long wait? May be difficult to answer, especielly as most people arent not entirely sure when it began, to marksman in the 63-65 days..
But as a rule of thumb, better a couple of days later than earlier. Cats are worse than humans for early deliveries. With humans several weeks too early doesnt need to mean much. Kittens borne several days too early often dont make it. And it it always a fight uphill in those cases, even in the cases with luckily outcome...

Some cats seems to have tendency to go over time. Forumists here witnessed especielly siameses seems to tend to go over time. Some witnessed on over 70 days pregnancies.

So this is partly individual too (or depends on strain, if you want). You may have a clue if you know how the mom, aunts, sisters, and ancestors had.
But no such clue if you do have only one particular mom.

Sorry, there is no clear cut answer... Too long isnt good either.

Good luck!

It sounds like you're getting close! Just keep checking on her, but give her her space. If she goes into labor you can sit by her side and pet her- if she doesn't mind you being there, stay there. If she seems agitated or stressed by you being there, just check on her, and watch from a distance

She stayed in there for about 2 hour's and then she came back out. Now she's under the coffee table. Her teat's are REALLY engorged, like alot bigger then they were but it's only the 2 that have been big the whole time.

She's got to be very close by now!!! I keep coming on expecting to hear that they've been born, but of course, the waiting game continues

It sounds like her milk is really in now, so it should be in the next couple days! Come on Mary, you can do this!

The two teats were really engorged yesterday, today one is bigger then the other one and then the other ones have milk in them now. None of the milk comes out though.

Eeee! How exciting! Once she starts pushing, call the vet if nothing happens if she pushes for an hour without anything happening. It's normal for there to be an hour or two between kittens, or she might have them closer together, either way is fine. I don't think interfering too much is a good idea. . .she's had babies before, she knows what to do. Post pics!

No contractions and no pushing yet. Just the discharge. How long can she have the discharge and not doing nothing before I should worry? She doesn't act like she's in labor. She's laying in her room sleeping. The discharge is a brownish color..is that a good color?

LOL. . .everything I Googled said that it's usually 12-24 hours after you see discharge, but it could be up to a week--I guess cats just do everything they way they want to! Have you taken her temp today?

I took it last night and was able to leave it in there for about 30 to 40 seconds and it was 99.8. She doesn't like it taken, my husnband helps me and he's affraid he's gonna hurt her. Don't know how to get a good one on her.

Yayayayay! Come on Mary!
The colour sounds pretty normal. My guess is within 24 hours...keep her as calm as possible, and keep checking up on her.
Keep us updated!
