She found out a couple weeks ago that she needs to have a heart catherization. The doctor wanted her to go right away, but her stupid insurance company is "in negotiations" with the hospital her doctor is associated with. She's filled out a lot of papers for the insurance to allow it to be done, but hasn't heard anything back yet. I'm concerned for her and she has already had heart surgery once and it runs in her family. If you could send a few of the famous TCS vibes her way, maybe it will get the process moving along.
