LOL That is a product I had the pleasure to review called "Kitty Hoot Tail Chasers- the rat with the 15" tail- You can read more about it in October when the review comes out! LOL It isn't the prettiest toy in the world, but the cats love it!

Well they recently got a whole basket load of toys to try out.Courtesy of PetsBaskets They were not interested in the kitty activity mat- but the 3 year old boy next door sure loved it! LOL
