Now I know Hagen used to have awful awful food, then I read on here that they've been improving their ingredients so I thought I would check it out. I'm no expert on ingredients but this looks decent to me. I'm sure it carries a hefty price tag though.

The reason why I'm asking is because this is basically the ONLY food we can get here besides WalMart and grocery store brands...I currently get my food from Moncton which is over 3 hrs away so it takes alot of careful planning to make sure I don't run out.

Anyways it would be nice to be able to get a local food...

So what are your thoughts on this? Is it decent?
I wish they had a cat food analysis chart like they do for dogs.

Be careful with duck. Not all cats tolerate it well. Mine will eat most everything, but found the duck must be too rich as they would not eat it or they threw up.

I try to stay away from foods with fish as one of the main ingredients.

I'd use the chicken based one instead. We feed mainly chicken, lamb or beef based foods in dry and canned.

I'm soooooooooo excited!!!

I went on the Chicken Soup website (this is what I feed) and I thought I would search stores that sell it and WHOA there's a place about half an hr from me selling it now. This is exciting stuff since I won't have to get it 3 hrs away....

I think I'll stick with it, I like it and as far as I know it's a decent food
