InstallShield Update Manager

Twice I have had this pop-up with the above name. It is some kind of file to run a check for updates on the programs I have installed on my computer. I have not installed this update manager and I don't know where it came from. Does anyone know what it is and how I can get rid of it. When I press ctrl, alt, and del. to get my task manager window up it is there. I don't find it in my control panel or when I do msconfig. Any input is appreciated.

It could be an adobe or Microsoft update manager.

When it does it, I would run Task Manager to see if you can tell what program is putting it up.

But the first thing I would do would be to run a Malwarebytes scan of your computer, and make sure your virus software is up to date.
