I am jsut now seeing this..sorry for the delay...
well, the doctor said his MRI looked normal and he had a beautiful brain..

He had what was suppose to be a diabetes test, but ended up having really high triglyceride level up to over 700 which is way off the charts...he is a candidate for congenitive heart disease..I know there are meds you can take, and change your diet to lower these, but as of now. he hasn't really changed his eating habits too much but he does have another appointment to go in on Tuesday for more blood work....I will keep yall posted....it's a scary and stressful thing..

Kathy, make him change his diet and take the meds. My mom's triglycerides got up to almost 6000, at one point and didn't go below 1000, until after her first heart attack. She subsequently had emergency double-bypass surgery and a stroke. She's been in a wheelchair, for almost three years now and she's only 67.

OMG! Sounds like you need to give Steve one of those scare tactic talks and maybe then he'll realize that he needs to change his diet, so he can get healthy.
