My one eye'd Himmy has, well as most all extreme flat-faces have, eye issues. In the last 2 weeks, he's had little amounts of orange goo, or strings, that come out when I clean his eyes (very gently). I've been using sterlized eye irrigation solution, but when I clean his eyes, there's this orange goo.

I've looked it up to no avail. Nothing in "orange".

It's not FHV as I've had much experience with that before and orange goo is not included in everything I looked at. (Squint with all of her issues, the seizures, the double eye surgery, will have the FHV forever)

Has anyone every experienced this? (I'm red-cross certified, but it's in emergency care only, and I know about issues with my 6 special needs cats).

If so, would you be willing to let me know what it is, or most likely is and what you used to treat it?

Thank y'all ever so much!!

Warmly,

Julie O'
