Morning folks!

So excited it's Friday today

I could really use a weekend!

Off to work in a bit. Tonight I have no plans and Dh is going to the hockey game. I wonder what I will do tonight

Probably I'll go to the gym and end up studying

I've so been waiting for this day to come because it's been a really busy week

I'm out for dinner and drinks with the girls tonight, then tomorrow i'm at the hair salon, followed by a bit shopping

Morning all!

Its been a busy week for me as well. Friday no doubt will be the same.

We have a bit of rain but its 30F outside so its a bit sleety.
My parents are to come today for the weekend I told them come later in the afternoon when the temps are warmer so the roads as better. We will see what happens.

My Fitbit says I fell asleep in 6 minutes last night and slept fairly well but still tired!

Off to get ready forwork in a bit....have a good friday!

Morning!

Another bright sunny morning, but it's chilly. This seems like a very long week to me. And since it's Friday, it's a very long day.

My MIL and I are making doughnuts tomorrow (I had posted about that in a separate thread). She's also trying a new bean recipe out for our lunch, so I'm trying a new salad recipe to go with it...it's for a cabbage slaw. I just love slaws. DH is just looking forward to the doughnuts.

And that's it for our weekend. Household chores and laundry for tonight and for Sunday.

Morning all!

It's going to be a fairly busy weekend. After work we're going out for dinner with Mom and my little brother, Brody, before the Sea Dogs hockey game. Mom is also trying to see if she can bring my nephew, Silas. He's 2 and LOVES the games.

Tomorrow Mom and I are going mattress shopping as we need a new one for when Brody stays over with us. The old one is seriously done for. Mom and I have patched things up fairly well relationship wise, so we're going to start watching Brody again, but will be sharing the responsibility with an aunt & uncle.

Another hockey game tomorrow night and then on Sunday it's my best friend's baby shower! I'm not usually a baby shower person, but where it's my best friend, I'm super excited for her.

Welp, after getting a shock about a close friend passing away...day after he and I were discussing the band we were putting together

...I am going to be having his son over to discuss the same thing ...now he wants to help put the band together in memory of his father...

My weekend is going to be filled with visitations and visits from various relatives and et cetera....whew..

Good Morning Cat Lovers

Rain, rain, and more rain. Went out to feed the ferals and almost slipped because I have alot of ice in the yard covered with water !!! It is really nice to have the warmer temps for a bit, in the forties.

Going to the shelter today to volunteer and visit with Pixie and work with some of the new cats who have come in and are very scared. DH and I are going out for our usual Friday night dinner and drinks. Tomorrow spending the day in Chicago at my brother's house and babysitting my twin niece and nephew who are four, and oh so cute and sweet.....

Wooo hooo! Friday!

I am stuck at the house waiting for the UPS guy to get here to deliever my rented lens!

I really wish he would hurry too!
We did our first vinyl job last night and it turned out awesome!
And tonight I think we are going to a bar to see one of our favorite bands play! Woo hoo! And then tomorrow autocross season officially starts!

Morning... I am a stuffyhead today! I am hoping it's just allergies and not a cold. Not in the mood for a cold right now... Well I don't have a whole lot planned for today, homework, hair, maybe some gardening since it's supposed to go into the 70s today

. BF should get home from work around 3 or so, and a friend is coming over to talk about making some plant stand/bench things for us. The ones we have, that came with the house, are kind of falling apart. He's really good at wood working, so whatever he comes up with should be good.

Tonight we're going to the Dirtbags baseball game, Cal Sate Long Beach team. They won on Tuesday, I wonder if they can string 2 wins in a row? I hope so. Anyway we're going with our friend Scott, and getting dinner at a bar a few blocks from the field.

This weekend, BF and I are planning on doing nothing. We want a lazy weekend home together. I'm looking forward to it actually, we're always so busy and never seem to make time for US. We are overdue. Even if we're just snuggling on the sofa being couch potatoes...
