Vibes please for my Grandma

About 2.5 weeks ago, my Uncle in Knoxville, TN passed away, while my mom was visitng me from PA. He was her soul-sibling, if there's such a thing. It was hard for everyone. My Grandma, 98, held up really well, considering her age and that she had now lost her 3rd child. I was in TN for a few days last week, and the day I left, this past Saturday, Grandma started to come down with a cold or something. She didn't sound too good at all, but they got antibiotics from the doctor right away to catch it before it got worse. Well my mom told me today that they did a chest xray (I guess it did get worse) and it showed 'a touch' of pneumonia. So she's off the the dr.

My grandma is awesome, she's sharp as a tack, almost always has been in great health except for bad arthritis which limits her being able to get around much. She's gotta pull through this infection! Please send all the vibes you can, and I suppose if you pray you can do that too, since she is religious (i'm not).

Thanks very much.

I'm so sorry your gran is ill and I send you huge vibes. Your grandma sounds amazing and I hope my gran lives to that age and beyond and I hope your gran continues on for many more years, it sounds as there is no reason why she shouldn't, live young hey? I'm glad she is seeking treatment and I am sure she will make an amazing recovery, she sounds like she lives life to the full and good for her. I love my nan to pieces and Rockcat is 100% right, Grandmas are very special people. I am not especially religious but I believe somebody takes care of us.xxx

Thank you everyone. My mom gave me an update, the dr. is giving her another Z-pack, and an injection of rosephin everyday for 10 days. She's got home health nurses that will come out to give the shots and check on her. So I hope with that and more rest, and some oranges from our tree that I sent to her that should get there tomorrow, that she will fight this off.

Thanks everyone for the vibes and stuff. I guess my grandma is starting to feel better finally after a week of being pretty ill. Apparently my fresh hand-picked oranges are helping a bit too.
