Just read on the website I found it on, he is not a painted kitty but its an altered image.

That's one of the coolest things ever, I love the things people think to do with photoshop. The fact that it was on TCS let me know it wasn't a real painted kitty lol, unless this was the breaking mews section.

Pikachu is the only Pokemon that I know... That kitty is adorable, and I'm glad s/he is not painted for real.
