I just wanted to report the great news. For the last 4 days, I have picked up nothing from the litter boxes that wasn't tootsie roll shape and consistency!
Chloe goes off meds this Thursday. Blue and Rex have another week from Thursday and then we will take a sample back in for a re-check. I really think we are on the other side of this...FINALLY!!!!! Thank you ALL for the support and encouragement as we have gone through this trial with the kitties.
Now, I need prayers for Blue. He is recovering from the diarrhea, but the skin lesion now has a black spot in the middle of it that was never there before. I am very worried now that it was, in fact, skin cancer. I will be heading to the vet with him this Thursday to have it seen. This is the new vet, but I am almost certain that he will want to remove it at this point. With him recovering from the diarrhea and the spot getting worse and changing, I very well may decide to go ahead and let them remove it. We need lots of prayer as we make this decision.
