You can't keep a good cat down!

That reminds me of Gabriel when he used to open the drawer to get his furry mice out!

The video is further proof that it doesn't pay to spend all that money on cat toys because they'd rather play with something else!

That reminds me so much of Shareena. I can't tell you how many times I've caught her running through the house with a Q-tip in her mouth. I never manage to see her getting them out, though.

Q-tips, milk ring tops, spaghetti noodles or macaroni noodles, pieces of cellophane wrapped candy - I've seen it all - even dead bugs!

Once when I was doing my nails, I dropped one on the floor and they fought over who was gonna use that for a toy!

What I loved is when she got the q-tip, it was shoved under the door within 2 seconds. Just like my Lucy does.

They always shove things under the doors (or couch or fridge or whatever), then look at you as if to say, "Well? What are you standing there for? Go get it for me!"

Give them time - they will!
Especially if they decide they want something badly enough!

Oh how enjoyable and funny
. Pipsqueak is constantly opening drawers, gets all sorts of little things to swat around. Just the other day we pulled the stove out, OMG tons of milk rings, hair ties, foiled balls, and a couple of his favorite mice. It was like Christmas time for the kitties! Perla has learned from Pip too now. They will bat things under the fridge, stove and cabinets and give me the look.. So I get the flashlight to look under the fridge and stove etc. And they throw themselves right in the line of my sight to see where the toy is
they want to look too

Along with a thousand dust bunnies, which they seem to enjoy playing with, too!

The "black hole" in my house seems to be under the washer & dryer - which is, of course, behind a door!

We have a dish towel in our silverware drawer because Dusty used to open it and stand on them! We still have the dish towel covering them even though the girls no longer pull the drawer out.

Lynxx
only snuck into the cabinets if we opened the door first. He seemed to forget about them after we closed the doors. So far same with Luna and Midnight.
