I used to see posts from Jacky almost every day. It just occurred to me that I haven't seen anything of her for a long time. Has any body been in contact with her?

I've noticed her missing, too. Of course, I wasn't very active myself for quite awhile either, so maybe I'm missing something...

I just checked to see when she last logged in and it was today. Maybe she just isn't in the mood to talk? I know I'll just lurk sometimes but don't post - especially when I'm not feeling well...

All I know is a few months ago some posts upset het quite a bit, I didn't pry and ask which incase it upset het further

Last time I heard from her she said she was not coming back to tcs. Someone said bad things about her, and it was very uncalled for. She has a FB and I am sure that if you message on here she will get it, she is always on FB lol.

She shouldn't allow someone to push her away from a place that she enjoys being!

She has a lot of friends here that miss her, me included!

I go by the old addage..... "Sticks and Stones......"

If anyone talks to her, tell her to come back and to just ignore those members who were giving her a hard time.

I agree! I miss hearing about her cats, and she was always kind and gave great advice!

Please don't let one person keep you off TCS, Mews!

I agree with what you say, Linda. However, I can understand to some degree just why Jacky has been absent. There's been a time or two where I myself stayed away from TCS for awhile, due to my own personal conflicts, and I needed time away to take a break from everything - especially when I wasn't feeling well and I didn't need the added stress of conflict. I always come back though, because I refuse to let those conflicts keep me away from a place that I love, and friends that I've made. Maybe Jacky just needs some time away herself. I sure hope she reconsiders and comes back.

I talk to Jacky all the time on FB. She was pretty upset about some private comments made to her by some in here. She's doing fine. I will let her know we do miss her in here and will send the message that people want her back

Wow, I too hope that Jacky comes back! I had noticed that she posts on FB but not on here. I am sorry to hear that someone upset her. The vast majority of members on here are so loving, caring and wonderful, and it really is a shame to let any negative members ruin all of the positives of this site.

Oh no, that's terrible, I miss her to, she's lovely, its so sad that someone could make you feel like that when you have so many friends on here. I really hope she comes back and ignores the nasty comments, Jacky is a good lady and doesn't deserve this and I miss her naked kitties.xx

Has anyone contacted her on Facebook. I don't do Facebook, but maybe someone can tell her how much we miss her. She was so sweet and sympathetic to me last year when Speedboat was so sick and we finally lost him. Jacky, please come back. We miss you and your cats.

Wow, it's kinda hard to believe there are people like that on TCS who would send offending private messages to someone (if I understood correctly). I've always* found people very nice and polite here (when talking about cat related stuff).
I also left from a yahoo group long time ago where I had only introduced myself and got very nasty response from someone. I decided that was not the place for me.

I hope Jacky and her kitties are doing fine.

Unfortunately some put on a nice face on the forums, but are completely different in PM. I too have received nasty PMs from a member or two. Considering how they appeared on the forums, I was rather surprised.
