Vibes Please, for three kittens

Three kittens (about eight weeks) were dumped in a dumpster in a rubbermaid container taped tightly closed with duct tape. They were found by someone throwing out a bag of trash and heard the babies crying.

They are so dehydrated their skin stays stuck up. White gums, nose and dilated eyes. Very thin. They are receiving sub-cu fluids, syringe feedings as they won't eat on their own, like they have given up on life or just too weak to eat on their own. I am going back in the morning to the shelter to assist. I pray they make it through the night. It was extremely hard not to cry when I saw them today, but I am learning how to keep it together at the shelter in these situations as the kittens don't need someone crying all over them when they are on death's door. So I allowed myself to cry when I left for the kittens and cried because I think people are so cruel and have no soul who do this and I don't think they are human. Please send some prayers for three beautiful kittens.

That is so ' horrible! People are sick! I'm glad someone found them, hopefully in time! I will keep these babies in my thoughts!

There seem to be no limits to human cruelty, and I have to believe that people who do things like that will get theirs.

OMG! I hope they were found in time to be saved. To bad the same thing won't happen to the person who did it.

I just got word!! The kittens survived the night and one of them is eating on their own. The other two are still VERY ill. I am on my way very soon and will post later about the kittens. Thanks for the prayers and vibes, I believe that it really helps

Oh I'm SO GLAD TO HEAR THEY MADE IT THROUGH THE NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND one of them is eating on their own!

Continued for ALL of them!

And to all helping them SURVIVE!

As John Lennon said, "Instant karma's gonna get you." I would love to find the person that dumped those babies. I'm not a violent person, but in this case I'd make an exception.

I know, I am not generally a "angry, violent" person too. But, I am telling you, when it comes to abuse situations like this and many other horrific stories I have heard about, I feel a rage in me that I would unleash on the evil people/person who did this.

Two of the kittens are turning a corner today. Two of them are starting to look around and be more curious, almost like they can't believe they are alive and now seem to be fighting for a chance to go on. The second one is slightly interested in eating on her own but I still fed by syringe. The third boy, a very pretty, grey/white angel, is still not coming out of it. We are concerned but hopeful for sure. The first kitten didn't need fluids this afternoon and is going to make it!!!! The second kitten and third kitten received more fluids today and are at least taking in the food we gave them by syringe without spitting it out. They have a rough few days ahead of them but are getting all the possible care they need to make it. Thank you everyone for the wonderful prayers and vibes. It is a miracle for sure that they are slowly pulling through today.

The ways a monster can abuse an animal is only limited by their imagination!!! I would like 10 minutes alone with them!! All my prayers go to these three little angels.

I'm so glad to hear those encouraging updates!

This type of thing is why I couldn't continue in my veterinary science degree- you have far more strength than I do. D: I couldn't handle it. I admire you and everyone who works at shelters and vet practices and havens to help the poor animals that can't help themselves.

And for kittens Primus, Secundus, and Tertius!

IT IS A MIRACLE!!!!! All three babies were eating on their own this morning. The little boy just decided this morning when I was there to go ahead and try to eat with his sisters. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are all going to make it. So they are on their way to the land of the living again. And it is amazing to me how loving they are toward humans, even after what some horrible monster did to them, they are such forgiving little darlings and want to fight to live now and seem so grateful. I couldn't be happier to have this incredible outcome since just three days ago they were on death's door, literally. They only had hours left to survive and thank GOD they were found in time. SEE EVERYONE!!!!!!!! MIRACLES DO HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR THE PRAYERS AND VIBES

I will still keep posting on their recovery, but they are on their way back from the dead!!!!!!! I am so happy, I could cry

I am sooooo happy !!! Still sending vibes for the babies' continued recovery and that, when the time comes, they find loving forever homes. I'm just so happy that I want to cry. Absolutely fabulous news!

I am late in seeing this thread. : I couldn't even read all of what you first wrote because it made me so angry I started to cry. What kind of sick does that kind of thing? I hope they rot in you-know-where!

Thank the Lord that those poor, sweet babies are gonna make it! And thank YOU, Feralvr, for rescuing them! There's a special place in Heaven for peeps like you!

Thanks so much everyone, your prayers/vibes definitely have paid off. I was at the shelter very early this morning and the three babies are thriving and going into foster care today!!!!. They willl stay there until they are one hundred percent healthy and then will be adopted. Actually, there are already people lining up to adopt them. Out of this potentially fatal abuse nightmare has emerged a gift from above to save these little angels and give them a happy future filled with the love they so deserve.

It is very difficult to handle these abuse situations, but when the end result is saving a life, well, it makes you believe in miracles and at the very least, makes me believe that there are really good people in this world with HUGE hearts that will do anything possible to save just one life.

So, an beautiful ending to this horrific story. Thanks again all you cat lovers!!!!!!!
