I think I joined this forum awhile back, and was active on another cat forum years ago, but I'm not sure if I've ever posted here (it doesn't like my password from one visit to the next).
Anyway, just as an introduction, I'm living with five cats in Georgia, all spayed and neutered, of course. I always say that William, 13, is my husband, and all the others are our cats. William is very slim, blue/gray with a white vest, really long tail, and a Roman nose. He's not a noisy cat, but he has a distinct Siamese whine when he wants something.
Amanda "Mandy" is 11. She is a feisty long haired black & white kitty. Unfortunately, she acquired a Herpes virus when she was only a year old, and it is a constant concern. I'll post more later in the health section. That's really why I'm here. Grace and Norman are "cow cats" and were neglected/abandoned by two different neighbors. They had kittens at MY house in 2003. Grace is now an indoor cat, about age 13, and Norman is almost entirely outdoors. I kept one of their kittens, Alex. He'll be 8 next month.
So, that's the family. Sorry for such a long intro!
