Byrdie...

Thread Starter
I just posted the bridge note on Harriet this morning. A text just arrived from my neighbor saying that Byrdie, Harriet's first granddaughter passed shortly before lunch today. She was 3 years old.

Byrdie had cancer and had had a large tumor removed about a month ago. Byrdie was my Brillo's daughter.

Yes, there does seem to be something terribly wrong with this bloodline. I only hope that with some luck and the care I'm giving Brillo and Ziggy, that they will overcome the odds.

RIP Byrdie...play free at the bridge.

Byrdie, last summer:

Byrdie, saying "hi" to "Baby Tumbleweed", shortly before Stephanie adopted him:

What a sad day.

I'm so sorry for your losses!! RIP Byrdie and Harriet (my mom's name) for the other babies in this blood line. I hope your pain eases in time, but it's so hard

Oh no not another one.....Byrdie looks just like Harriet. Such sweet faces.

Sigh. It seems to be a flawed line...I hope no more kitties are going to be lost. So close together...I am sure they are with eachother over the Bridge.

God bless sweet Byrdie. Just a lovely little one.

I'm so sorry to read that Byrdie died. She was a beautiful cat.

You should bring Brillo and Ziggy to the vet, just to make sure they didn't inherit these problems.

I'm so sorry about the loss of darling little Byrdie. It just doesn't seem right when they are gone so young.
