I didn't realize I was such an addict until today. My tummy wasn't feeling too great the other day so I figured I should give it a break so I just made a large mug of tea this morning. I feel like...awful. I napped; but I'm exhausted and my head has hurt all day. If my ears would stop ringing that would be great too (they never do; just are louder than others sometimes.) Of course my 13 month old decided she wouldn't nap until after 4 today!!! (Normal nap time is like 12:30...) That did not help!!

DH just called (which woke up baby...). He is bringing home subs for dinner. I am very very happy about that!

Tomorrow I will have my coffee!!!!!!!!

I do not function without my morning coffee. It is the one thing that I could never give up.

Tea does have some caffeine in it but for me it just doesn't do much.

My latest thing is afternoon tea. I make a pot of decaff tea and drink it while I catch up with the news on line.

I drink the decaff because one cup is not a big deal but a whole pot is too much.

I don't drink coffee, and tea only occasionally, but I'm a Diet Pepsi-holic!

The regular tea didn't do much for me today that's for sure! But I do notice that if I drink something caffeinated in the evening I don't sleep as well. So I will often do coffee in the am and decaff tea in the evening. There is just something about a nice hot cup of tea that is so calming!

It is really hard to removed caffeine in my system as well. Addiction to it would crave for more.

Your right there chesthirehat "I do not function without my morning coffee." I could feel what you also feel. My system wouldn't function it shows numb on my body and my mind.

Caffeine does very little for me. I can have a red bull before bed time, and I would still go right to sleep.
I also drink lots of coffee, but only because I like the taste. If I don't have any coffee, I'm still okay...I never have any headaches or anything!!
I have built up a tolerance to caffeine which is probably why it doesn't affect me.....

I go for Kona when I can. I have a coffee maker that does one cup at a time and takes "pods". I prefer the dark roast! Yummy!!
