Thanks so much - they (and we) are flattered!
We always refered to getting another kitten as "getting a Hobbes for Calvin". Then after we got Hobbes, we saw how hissy Calvin was and so we thought naming his Hobbes may turn him into becoming Calvin's voice of reason. It also fit well since Hobbesin the comic strip has white chest and paws!

@evanescentriver: pretty good. I must say my favorite's the house of horror!Lol!
Oh well - they're not best buddies yet but I am hoping they'll make their daddy late for work with their snowman making skills!

Aw, Calvin and Hobbes are both so cute and so sweet-looking. I literally sighed out loud over how adorable Calvin is in the first pic. Give them time. Cats have to get used to each other.

They're so cute! My sisters adopted two kittens from a neighbor when we were kids and named them Calvin & Hobbes. Great names!

They are both beautiful - and couldn't have found a more loving family. Give Calvin time. With me, the first few intro weeks were just nerve-wracking; looking back, it wasn't so bad - and I was repaid when mine both sat on the love seat enjoying the sun together.

Awww thanks everyone for the generosity. When we saw Hobbes at the foster place, he was playing just the way that Calvin does and we had to get him.
