Valentine Dates

I don't know how Feralvr feels about her kids dating, but Billy just asked Perla to be his valentine, and Ming Loy would like Presley to be hers.

I'm a little worried Presley will say yes. With both of them being so crazy AND clumsy, they might really tear things up at Smudge's!

Are there any security guards at Smudge's in case things get a little crazy? And will the kitties be responsible for damages?

Haha, are you kidding? That place is ARI-proofed! Nothing can happen!

I was thinking maybe we'd have to chaperone if Presley said yes, but this is VERY reassuring!

They don't have a swimming pool there, do they? The last thing we need is Ari showing off in his thong!

Ok, since I am still a sorta newby, I finally figured out what this Valentine's Date stuff is and I think this is sooooo fun and my cats are lining up to find date.

So let's see. Perla just accepted (finally after an hour of her nose up in the air) to be Billy's date . Now she is on cloud nine and and stealing all the toys from her brother's, she is just full of herself (what else is new )

And, tell Ming Loy that Presley would be honored to take her to the dance. But please tell Ming that they have to keep close to the ground as Presley can't jump on anything over eighteen inches tall. Oh, he will talk Ming's ear off all night long. They will make a cute couple for sure.

Perkins is still looking for a date, Flowerbelle do you have a date yet???

Flowerbelle didn't need to think long about it, she said YES, LET'S GO. She's apparently not as haughty as Perla, but she loves the idea of being Perkins' date as he already knows how to treat a white princess!

And let Presley know, he needn't worry at all. Ming Loy can only jump a few inches! She's got cerebellar hypoplasia (CH) - it seemed that with his clumsies, he'd understand her handicap. She'll need to prop herself up on him from time to time, as she can't stay standing long without falling over. And she does look like she's going to shake apart when she gets excited, so it'll be spill-proof drink cups for her!

Billy just swooned when I told him Perla accepted!

Wonderful!!!! Flowerbelle has agreed to be Perkins date. They will make a gorgeous pair!!!! Perkins is very shy and quiet though, so he is hoping that Flowerbelle will do all of the talking to keep the conversation going. But Perkins is a real looker and any girl would be proud to be on his paw .

OK, seriously, this is a riot!!!!! I am getting a real laugh out of this and wait till my DH hears about this, he will have me put away

Pipsqueak has decided to pick Luna for his date!!!!! I hope Luna's meowmy will allow her to date at her young age. But Pipsqueak is a true gentleman and is believes in chivalry (did I spell that right)??? . Plus he can still run and play faster than the kittens, he is a very strong boy. Luna will be well protected for sure.

Awww, Chumley is such a sweetie and sounds like the purrfect Valentine for Claire. The roll of paper towels is a truly thoughtful and special gift.

whitecatlover- Dorothy can't wait to meet up with your Squishy! She does hope he likes to play a bit though, it's a good way to keep her curvy figure. That, along with some munchies...

So my girls are set up- Genever & Billy, Dorothy & Squishy. Cute couples!!

Oh Flowerbelle agrees - Perkins IS a looker! She'll be more than happy to do the talking. She can coo and trill sweet nothings in his ear all evening! Works best that way because she's deaf. Of course - it's quite likely the two of them will find themselves locked up together in one of the kitchen cabinets. I wouldn't be surprised at all. Flowerbelle is the reason we account for all the cats before we leave.

...and I hope DH won't have you committed! I'd have to find new dates for the kitties!

Luna would love to go on a PG only date with Pipsqueak, and no holding paws or tails isn't even allowed!

I've got some kitties that could use dates:

Elsa - loves a good roll in the catnip, but does NOT like chasing games. There's enough of that at home, thank you.

Nadette - she is a cuddler. Goes around all day bonking animate and inanimate objects alike. When she's not lying on Meowmy's face.

Clyde - an older gentleman who still loves to run around as fast as possible. However, he's deaf, so any girl kitty must know sign language.

Smudge - he's usually with Java...Java, are you still around for Smudgie to date?

Shareena was kind of feeling left out the last two years and would really like a date this year. She's looking for a gentleman who will spoil her and treat her like the goddess she is.

Goldy wants to know if Pinky is available again this year. Last year he wasn't feeling too well and she had to sneak into his house to hold his paw instead of going to the party.

Miss Patchwillow would like to hook up with Maxx again. She's already dusted off her little black (and white) outfit.

Iris and Cali want to double date. Well, Iris doesn't really care either way, she just wants to party. Cali wants to double date unless she can find a date who will protect her from all the scary humans.

Merlin thinks he's old enough to date this year. He's looking for a feisty lady who likes to play chase. He might even share his food with her.

Would Shareena like to be Shelly's Valentine? He is a TOTAL gentleman. He's gentle, and is just GREAT with younger women! (He's 8, but has plenty of energy to keep her entertained at the party!). He knows how to treat her like the queen she is. I suspect he'll bring catnip and a bag with him. (And he promises not to pounce on her if she's having fun with the catnip in the bag! He'll guard her so no one else does either!)

If she doesn't mind that his Tuxedo is with knickers, not full length pants....

Ok, I just talked with Pipsqueak about paw and tail holding and he said "EWWWW, not on the first date". Not to worry . Pipsqueak is quite active and hopes Luna likes those foil ball toys. He plans on bringing some in his knickers to the party. He loves a good game of fetch and he is very happy to share turns fetching.

Don't worry, I will bust out of the nuthouse in time for the party . Oh boy, between Flowerbelle and cabinets and Perkins and pantries/closets they are sure to get locked up somewhere. That's when Flowerbelle will hear his manly MEW. He is a real screamer when he is stuck somewhere.

Her deaf lungs might just be able to keep pace. Bet the entire party will be able to hear them!

At least we won't have to worry about them - for once.

Magilla is sheepishly looking for a date now. I wasn't sure she wanted too, but she has peeked out from under the recliner and agreed. She doesn't want to be the only one in the house without a date. Clyde?? Would you be interested. You would be a striking couple, one black and one white!!

I tried to show Magilla Clyde's picture, but the computer scared her off. She still wanted me to ask if Clyde would kindly take her. Magilla is a tamed feral now and is quite well-versed in sign language as that is how alot of feral's communicate. And when we read about the stomping on the floor to call Clyde, well it was a match. I have taught Magilla to come out of hiding when I lightly stomp the floor. She always runs to her room when she hears three stomps, she knows it is feeding time. Now I never have to go look for her, I just stomp three times and out she comes a runnin !! .

Ginga and Jazzy are still available if anyone wants to date them

Yep, we will now know if they are missing, it is not for "lovin" !! It will be that they have gotten themselves stuck in the pantry or cabinet. If there is food in there, Perkins will assist Flowerbelle to anything her heart desires. Problem, cans of cat food or tuna, impossible to open without human assistance.
