We Have Grooming!

This morning, after BF left for work, I was still in bed, and Genever was lying curled up at the foot of the bed. Dorothy jumped up and went over to her. I expected either Genever to jump down, or Dot to jump down, or Genever to swat at Dorothy.

Instead, Dorothy lay down right next to G-cat, face to face, and Genever started licking her face! And Dorothy was loving it! A real nice face wash! I loved it! Too cute! This was way different than the grabbing each other's heads and licking thing I mentioned in the photo thread yesterday. This was nice.

And then, after a few minutes of this, Dorothy jumped down from the bed and gagged/hacked a few times and vomited a bit. Too much love and cuteness for her?

Anyway, besides the barf, I was so happy!! It was real friendly stuff here!

Awww.

Holly loves to groom her BFF Sneaky. Never goes the other way, but I guess that's because Sneaky is alpha.

Sometimes she likes it. Sometimes she wants Holly out of her face

YAY!!!!!!

I have to say that the "barf" cracked me up! LOL Cats seem to have this way of making sure they don't stay overly adorable for too awfully long. ROFL!

It's wonderful that Dot and Genever are beginning to get along! Sounds adorable... except for the barf.

Haha, I think I should've left out the barfing end part of the story.. But yes, it was mega cute. The face washing, that is.. not the uh, well, you know.

We had more grooming late this afternoon, and I got a few pics of it! No barfing this time though!! Just a bit of a small standoff..

Yay for grooming! Honestly, your little Genever is just the sweetest baby. She's going to take care of Dorothy.

I'm so glad the girls are getting along.

AWWWW good sign! I wish I would see Perla groom Magilla!! Maybe someday.

And, at least Dot jumped down to gag up, better that than on the bed
