I try as best as I can. I've been working out a little more consistently than I usually do since November, and I can feel and see results already so that's really encouraging. My arms and legs are a lot more toned and I feel like I don't get tired, it also feels great to be able to lift heavier things with less effort ....So I'm really excited for that, but I hope I keep it up! I've started slacking off and just replacing the weight exercises with extra cardio, just because cardio is so much easier for me, so I have to get back on track..

I walk to take the kids to school in the morning and then I take Molly to nursery at lunch time and then I walk to pick them all up, I walk when I go shopping and I am on my feet all day until around 7pm, I think I do ok exercise wise but at weekends I don't do much apart from household chores.x

I did exercise faithfully until knee surgery back in July last year, followed by a stress fracture in the same knee at the end of August set me back quite a bit.

I'm up to 2.2 miles walking over my lunch (used to be 3 miles) every day. Two miles on the elliptical (one mile in the morning before getting ready for work) and one mile at night) every day, including weekends, for a total of about 4 miles a a day. I lift small weights (10-15 pound dumbbells) three times a week; it probably takes me a good 90 minutes or so each period. My GF gave me an ab lounger and I do 100 crunches in the morning and another 100 crunches at night, in addition to my normal crunches as part of my exercises.

We were going to sell my treadmill, but I've started to use that to do my 2.2. miles on the weekends. I didn't really want to sell it anyway and I've started to use it again. DH wasn't happy about it, but it is what it is. I seem to be doing OK and my knee doesn't hurt.

While I'm not as active as some people would be, I do what I can. I hate the idea of being overweight and out of shape and when I gained weight after the knee issues last year, I didn't even want to look at myself in a mirror. Thankfully the pounds are coming back off again.

I used to go to the gym 5 times a week, and I'm almost always out biking during the summer. But lately I haven't worked out at a gym since I get a workout at work (mover/trucker).

No, I'm pretty sedentary. *sigh* I tried to start walking at the mall (3 miles a day), but I only got about two weeks into it before I had to stop driving, and by then it was too cold to walk in our neighborhood. When we move it won't be safe to walk in the country by myself and we'll be too far away from any walking trails or the mall (about an hour or so).

I'm not a active *sigh* unless you count running up and down our spiral staircase a good 50 times a day. I keep all my cat supplies at the bottom level of the house and most of the cats at the top so I'm always running down stairs to get supplies. I am very active at work so when I get home I just plonk

I don't like regimented work outs. I tend to loose interest. But I am on my feet all day. We have a two story house plus basement where I do the wash. Sometimes it seems like all I do is climb stairs!

I have noticed that I am loosing strength in my arms tho. But, being 58, I have read that that is a normal transition. You would think lugging 40lbs of litter in the house would bulk up the muscles. I can still put a 50 lb bag of corn on my shoulders tho. So, I guess I am doing ok for an older gal!

I hate doing it but I do work out everyday! Or at least five days a week. My cats watch me as if to say "what a waste of your time when you could be playing with us". Sometimes they race around and play with each other when I do my tapes.

I'm increasing the amount of time at the gym again. I fell off the gym wagon from Thanksgiving until the New Year. I do 45 minutes at the Arc trainer and then some free weights. I'm on my feet all day at work sometimes dashing around madly!
Once spring arrives I will be outside lots in my gardens.
