why cant i post in IMO? and how do i find an administrator to make so i can?

You haven't become an "Adult Cat" yet: All About TCS Member Titles and Perks

If you go to the Forums Home Page, there's a link at the bottom - View Forum Leaders - that will take you to a list of moderators, etc..

Hi there. I am sure a mod will answer you more exactly, but to post in IMO you have to be a certain age (I think it's 18) and to have already posted a certain number of posts of the general forums, I am sure you will get there soon!

It looks like you've got the new status now, so you can try IMO. If it doesn't work right now, it should by tomorrow.
