I just like it because its not a $5 off a $50 order or $5 off a specific product like usual.

So you swing by, pick up a $5.25 cent toy, and pay just a quarter for it. Basically free. Finally, living in this humid city pays off.

edit: Just got back from petsmart. I paid cash, so I see no reason you couldn't use this coupon multiple times. Also, it is $5 off any order, not $5 off a single item. It IS stackable with sale items as well. They had blue buffalo 5.5oz on sale for 99cents, and I bought a bunch of those and with $5 off on top. Woot!
