I am really starting to get agitated. I switched Tessie over to the Wellness Indoor about 2 months ago and I have now noticed she has a lot of dandruff and she is shedding a lot more. If I go and brush her the dandruff gets worse. I had her on the BB Wilderness and she did great on it but she would not eat the life source bits plus the vet said she wanted to see Tessie in a food with grains. I do not have the money to feed Tessie wet food everyday so she gets a 3oz can every 2 days.

What dry food would you recommend that has grain that would help with her dandruff and is easily digestible? I hate switching her food but I either have a dandruff issue or she throws up, I can't win!!

Thanks

I'm sorry Sharky but how is the shape of the kibble going to help with her dandruff and shedding?

Sorry that only covers hopefully getting her to eat

Wilderness has nice fatty acid profile
Omega 3 Fatty Acids* \t0.9% min
Omega 6 Fatty Acids* \t3.5% min

look for a similar profile
linolinc acid = omega 3
linolaic acid=omega 6 NOTE spelling is likely incoorect but this is prounounciations

I have found that "indoor" and senior formulas give my cats dry skin. . .maybe too low in fat? I wonder if giving her regular Wellness would work, or regular Blue (Spa Selects, not Wilderness).

Really? You would think since it says for skin and coat health that it wouldn't give them dry skin. I'm hoping to make it to the store tonight to look around and see what I can find. I have to watch the calorie content since Tessie seems to gain weight pretty easy. She has been a good weight for about a year now and I want to keep it that way

Sharky - Thank you.
